Lear West makes safety our main priority and strives to maintain a standard that is in compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations. We hold subcontractors on our jobs to that same standard. Daily Job Safety Meetings
The crew meets every day before work starts to walk the plan, the sequence and the hazards specific to that shift.

Daily Safety Assessments
Conditions on a live jobsite change hourly. Daily assessments catch what changed since yesterday's plan.

Risk Assessments
Task-specific risk assessments are completed before high-hazard work — critical lifts, elevated work and confined access.

Refresher Training
Training does not stop at orientation. Refresher training keeps skills and awareness current across the whole crew.

Critical Lift Planning
Every critical lift is preplanned in 3D.
All of our critical lifts are preplanned with 3D Lift Plan software and reviewed before any work is done. We use 3D lift planning to evaluate crane positioning, load weights and radii, rigging configurations, clearances, and overall lift execution before work begins. Every plan is walked through with the crew and the general contractor — so the day of the pick holds no surprises.
